Safety and privacy

This is a kid's website, run with a parent. Here is exactly how it keeps everyone safe.

  • No ads, kid-safe visit countingThere is no advertising. We use Google Analytics only to count visits and see which pages and games people enjoy, with Google's ad personalisation and cross-device tracking switched off and visit data deleted after two months. It never gets names or emails. The games run entirely in your browser.
  • No personal detailsWe never post where Harlan lives or goes to school, his full name, or photos of people.
  • Messages go to a parentThe Say hi form sends messages to Harlan's dad, not to Harlan, and they are never published. We only use an email address to reply, and only if you give one.
  • Spam protectionThe form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block robots. Comments and sign-ups are switched off.
  • Saved in your browser onlyMission progress on the AI Lab page is stored on your own device, not on our server.
  • Grown-up approvedNew posts and pages are checked by a parent before they go live.

Questions? Use the Say hi form and a parent will answer.
